🔁 Refund Policy
1. Upfront Payment
All services require an upfront payment of either:

50% of the total project fee, or
-
100% of the total project fee
The selected payment structure is agreed upon in writing in advance.
Time tracking officially starts from the moment the quotation has been approved in writing by the client.
2. Cancellation & Eligibility for Refund
A refund is only possible when fewer than 10 hours have been spent on the project.

Fewer than 10 hours worked: The full upfront payment will be refunded.

10 hours or more worked: No refund will be issued for the 50% upfront payment.
3. Completed Project
Once a project has been completed and delivered:

The right to any refund fully expires.

Delivery is defined as the moment the website has gone live.

This is due to the hours invested and services delivered.
4. Termination by Client
If the client chooses to terminate the project early:

All hours already worked will be charged at an internal hourly rate of €65 per hour.

Projects are offered at a predetermined fixed project price.

If the worked hours exceed the upfront payment, an additional invoice may be issued.
5. Termination by Contractor
If the contractor is required to terminate the project due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances:

Only the hours already worked will be invoiced.

Any overpaid amount will be refunded.
6. Digital & Custom Services
As services involve custom and digital work:

The right of withdrawal does not apply once work has started.
7. Cancellation Period
The client may cancel the agreement free of charge within 5 calendar days after approval, provided fewer than 10 hours of work have been performed.
8. Policy Changes
This refund policy may be updated. The most recent version always applies to new agreements.
