⚖️ Terms & Conditions – ApolloGate
 

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by ApolloGate, including web design, development, cybersecurity, and related services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
 

2. Services

ApolloGate provides web design, maintenance, and cybersecurity solutions. The scope, pricing, and timeline of each project are defined in a written agreement or proposal. Any changes requested by the client after the start of the project may affect delivery time and cost.
 

3. Payments

All projects require a 50% upfront payment before any work begins and 50% upon completion before final delivery.
The upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers the time, planning, and initial work performed by ApolloGate.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period stated in the quotation or invoice. ApolloGate reserves the right to suspend or delay services until payments are received as agreed.
 

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and digital assets created by ApolloGate remain the property of ApolloGate until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
 

5. Confidentiality

Both ApolloGate and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information exchanged during the project.
 

6. Cybersecurity & Liability

While ApolloGate applies industry-standard security practices, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. ApolloGate is not liable for data breaches, hacking, or damages caused by external parties after project delivery.
 

7. Revisions & Maintenance

Unless otherwise agreed, minor revisions are included after delivery. Ongoing maintenance or updates are considered separate services and may require a maintenance plan.
 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. If the client cancels before completion, ApolloGate reserves the right to charge for all work completed up to that point, including the non-refundable upfront payment.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

ApolloGate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
